Niles Brancati Custom home builder.  I have always thought allot of Niles.  Niles has built many high end custom homes in the Golden Hills area of Lexington and surrounding areas.

Coleman Hastings Custom log home builder.  Coleman is now deceased, but I will always remember him for his smile, great since of humor, and the beautiful log homes he built.  Not to mention his wife's Greek cooking.  God bless you Coleman, you are missed!

Steve Haden Custom home builder. All of Steve's homes had a part of him involved in the design. He is a great architect, with allot of his homes having unique arches. What I loved most was the magnitude of cabinets that were in all of his projects.

Palmetto Traditional A spec and custom home builder.  Palmetto Traditional builds anything from starter to custom homes.  All cabinets were shop built with our company installing all the staircases and interior trim in their larger homes with square footage between 3000 and 4000 heated feet.

Tony Crispino Custom home and spec builder.  Tony has many years of experience in high end custom home building.  He has great experience in multiple home layout for development of sub-divisions.

Fairhaven LLC Spec builder.  If you need a starter home at a great price in a sub division in the heart of Chapin I would say that this is the place you need to go.  Beautiful patio homes at a price just about anyone can afford.  Fairhaven is just minutes from the beautiful lake Murray. If your young this is a great investment.  If your old it would be a great retirement home for you! Tim Fry is the developer and takes great pride in doing allot of the work himself.  In all my life I have only met one other person who works as hard as Tim.

Southern Staircase We have installed handrail for Southern Staircase for many years now.  We are one of the few companies that they will recommend for staircase renovations or repairs.  We will always recommend their company for all new construction.  The installed treads come from the factory pre-assembled.  This is something that you will have a hard time matching in the field, but if you have a cut-in staircase we can easily take care of that for you too!

Willm Construction Not may contractors can say they are truly a builder. Meaning they get out and swing a hammer with their men. Lee Willm Jr. is such a man. He, like myself know how to do the most changeling of jobs.

Homeowners Services Ben Lindler is the Owner of this company.
