• Base Price that includes all cabinets and interior molds, plus most standard stairways.
• Multiple Home Discount that includes all of the cabinets and interior molds, plus most standard stairways, but at a greatly reduced rate.
• Track Homes or Spec Homes with no cabinets to build, interior trim molds to be installed in the home and prefab or stick built stairways.

SECOND TRIM ON ALL HOMES
The installation of shoe moldings on all tile, vinyl, and hardwood is priced at $ .55 a lineal foot, or a minim charge of $150.00, which ever is the greater amount.  The use of Epoxy on shoe moldings will be an additional charge, (attaching shoe on none nailable surfaces).

KITCHEN
Build standard 24" to 24 1/4" wall hung base cabinets, (preformed counter tops for the kitchen come 25" deep). Build 11 1/2" to 12" wall hung top cabinets.  Building one oven / microwave combination cabinet.  Building tray dividers in one section of either the base cabinet or the oven / microwave cabinet.  Build one closet pantry.  The shelves in the pantry shall be 24" to the first shelf, then 14" between the remainder.  All shelves shall have a double round over on the front edges.

BATHROOMS
Building no more than 3 standard bathroom vanities, with no vanity over a length of 8 feet, and a depth of 21" to 21 1/4", (preformed counter tops come 22" deep).   Building no more than 3 linen closets, with the first shelf 24" from the floor.  The remaining shelves to be 14" between each other.  All shelves to have a double round over.

SANDING OF CABINETS
All cabinets shall be sanded and ready for the painter to fill all nail holes and paint or stain.

DOORS & DRAWERS
Includes measuring for all shop built door and drawer openings.  Plus the installation of all door and drawer fronts, after they have been delivered to the job site.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Building one standard wall hung top cabinet over the washer / dryer only.

MOLDS
Includes standard one piece casings / one or two piece base molds.

CLOSETS
Includes one shelf above the cloths rod only.

HARDWARE
Includes securing the job with the owners / contractors job locks, and drilling for cabinet door knobs / drawer pulls.  Plus the installation of the cabinet door and drawer pulls.

TRASH

ACCESS DOORS  INDEX

Columns
Capping of interior columns will be at $25.00 per column and consist of 3/4 material on the top of the column with crown and a base cap on the sides.  Columns over 3 X 3 will be at a cost of $45.00 per column.

Damaged Casings
Remove damaged casing on prefab interior doors and replace with new, will be at a cost of $15.00 per side, per door.

Garage
Trim out of the garage.  Cost will be $127.00, Includes trimming of up to three windows, installing the base mold around the bottom of the sheetrock, installing casing on one door.

Lockout
Lockout is $ .25 per suqare foot and consists of installing all shoe molds after the vinyl and tile is finished on the floors.  Installing all interior and exterior door locks. Finishing all baseboard molds around the cabinets that have been installed.
If your hardwood man does not install shoe mold after he finishes your floors, you can have Artisan Specialties install it for you at a cost of $ .60 per running foot of molding installed.

Prefab Cabinets
Artisan Specialties will install prefab box cabinets for 20% of the cost of the cabinets to be installed, (sales invoice required).

No work other than that which ARTISAN SPECIALTIES has contracted for shall commence without a written work order, stating the work to be performed and the cost of the job, or the hourly rate to be charged.

Any design changes, or work that the owner / contractor would likeARTISAN SPECIALTIES to perform, that is not given a job price, will be at a minimum of $35.00 per man per hour.

So you have looked through my price guide and see what you would like on your house. You also see how much each item will cost you to do. Add all together and that is what it will cost. NO profit or overhead is figured in with our trim prices.
